⮚ Additional performance opportunities are available with all costs  covered by students /parents.

 

Lesson Sessions: 

 Fall Session - Minimum - (15 Lessons) – September 1st to December 31st.

  Winter Session - Minimum (15 Lessons) – January 1st to April 20th.

  Spring Session - Minimum (15 Lessons) – April 20th to August 31st.
 

⮚ Beginner, 30 Minute Lessons (available only in the studio for beginners, unless there are two students in the same family taking lessons back-to-back. Beginner students who live in close driving proximity to other students (10 minutes), may enroll in a 30 Minute Lesson program. Single student 30-minute lesson rate will apply.

⮚ Intermediate, 45 Minute Lessons

⮚ Advanced, 60 Minute Lessons

 

Payment Schedule: 

 Fall Payment Due:     August 20, 2025     

 Winter Payment Due: December 20, 2025   

 Spring Payment Due:   April 20, 2026

Payment by check payable to Sol Solis Consort.

Payment for each semester is due and payable prior to the first lesson of each session. 

 

New Student Registration                                                                                                       

Registration must be completed on-line by clicking the "Studio Policy/Registration'' button on the studio website, www.gurin.duetpartner.com.  You must agree to the terms/conditions and studio policies before registrations are accepted.

 

Tardiness

Your lesson times reserved for you for the entire school year. Out of respect for your fellow students, your lesson will end at the appointed time regardless of what time you arrive. All students expected to be prepared to start their lessons on time.

 

Lesson Cancellation Policy Parent Signature _________________________

A maximum of up to two lessons may be canceled in one session period due to school or family events with 24-hour notice. Special consideration given to sudden illness or family emergencies. If you must cancel a lesson, please notify me as soon as possible. You have the option to choose an open time slot of equal time to your lesson by logging into your online account, viewing my lesson schedule and following the directions. Alternatively, you can exchange your lesson time with another student in a comparable time slot. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

 

Lessons canceled by a student must be rescheduled by the student or parent within 60 days and cannot be carried over from one session to another. Lessons not rescheduled within 60 days will be forfeited. Two automatic pending makeup lesson reminder notifications will be sent via text/email once a month on the first of the month and a last reminder will be sent two weeks prior to the lesson rescheduling expiration date.

 

Lessons canceled by the teacher will be rescheduled by the teacher within 30 days and can be carried over to the following session if necessary.

 

Practice Expectations

Beginners:     15 - 20 minutes per day

Intermediate: 30 - 45 minutes per day

Advanced: A minimum of 60+ minutes per day

 

Terms and Conditions

Please make me aware of any health, emotional or behavioral issues that may affect my teaching approach.

I reserve the right to cease providing lessons at the end of any semester with 30 days’ notice of my intention to do so. 

Enrollment for one school year does not guarantee acceptance for the following school year, which will be at my discretion.

SSCO Studio and Martocchio Music LLC are closed on the following holidays:

Weather Closings

Information about weather closings due to inclement conditions, usually posted on Channel 3, NBC Channel 30.

Home-based lessons will not be canceled, if weather conditions allow for safe driving. 

Students will be notified of any weather-related cancellations of home-based lessons by 1:00 PM.
